Mr. Matsuura first stepped foot in the Philippines when he was just 3 years old in 1971.
He came to the Philippines together with his father who was assigned to work for the Asian Development Bank.
Educational attainment includes the Manila Japanese School, International School Manila, and Sophia University in Tokyo.
He has been providing various business support services mainly to local Japanese businesses ever since he set up his own business in 1991 at the age of 23 in the Philippines.
He is also known as the former guitarist of the Filipino rock band "The Dawn" and appeared in a television advertisement for a popular beer brand in 1989. During the tour of the band in the U.S. in 2001, he encountered and saw with his own eyes the attack on the World Trade Center on 9/11.
In 2014, he has set up a Japan inbound tourism support business to mainly promote the Philippines market.
Currently, he acts as a consultant and advisor to multiple municipal government agencies in Japan and private companies in both Japan and in the Philippines. He is also the external director of JTB Philippines, the Philippines' counterpart of one of the largest Japanese travel agencies in Japan.
He resides in Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

Ms. Lo is a graduate of Marketing and Behavioral Science at De La Salle University (DLSU).
After graduation, she pursued a career in the corporate field of marketing and finance for consumer goods. To pursue her dreams, she later took further studies in fashion marketing.
She is the founder of probably the first online fashion retail shop in the Philippines that supports Filipino fashion designers.
When she is not on duty with the company, she also acts as a consultant for fashion purchasing and promotions.

Mr. Kawamura who is often called "Ken" was born in 1969 to a Japanese father and a Filipino mother.
Being fluent in Japanese, English, and Tagalog, most of his work experiences involve translation and interpretation of the 3 languages.
In 1992, he was an incorporator of a business consultancy firm in charge of Japanese and English translation and interpretation services.
For the company, he is in charge of language services.
