1. Please note that the schedule may be changed or shortened due to actual traffic conditions or other force majeure circumstances.
2. If a participant is late for the meeting time or departure time due to personal reasons, the bus will depart 15 minutes after the designated departure time in order to avoid affecting the rest of the tour schedule. **This does not apply to private chartered group tours.   Refunds will not be provided for the above reason, and any additional transportation costs for returning afterward will be at the participant’s own expense.
3. Cancellation Charges   
   * From 20 to 8 days before the tour: 20%
   * From 7 to 2 days before the tour: 30%
   * 1 day before: 50%   
   * Same day: 100%   
   * However, cancellations due to natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government orders, suspension of services by transportation or facilities (including temporary closure of the outlet), or safety measures necessary to protect the life and health of participants are exempt from these charges.*
4. If the tour must be cancelled due to the above reasons (including typhoons or severe weather), participants will be notified by 2:00 PM (Japan time) on the previous day.
5. Participants may not leave the tour midway through the itinerary. For guided tours, leaving the group is possible upon submitting a separation form.
